Here's how the exchange works
Ordered for the wrong device? It happens more than you'd think. The fastest fix, since every Cover-Up is made to order:
- Order the correct one now — it gets made in the workshop within 1–2 working days, no waiting on the post office first.
- Send the original back to the address below, unused, with your order number on a note inside.
- We refund the original within 3 working days of it arriving back with us.

How to return your order

- Pop the item(s), unused, into suitable packaging with a note of your order number.
- Post it to the address above and ask for a proof-of-postage receipt (keep it safe until we confirm we've received it).
- We'll email you as soon as it arrives, and process your refund within 3 working days.
A tracked service is worth it — international post can take a while and tracking is your safety net. If customs forms ask, mark the parcel as "returned goods" so it isn't taxed on the way back to us.

Returns are within 60 days of delivery for unused items, under our Happiness Guarantee.
