We've all been there... Whether you've ordered the wrong size, or it's just not what you were expecting (we know natural materials can be a bit tricky sometimes), we've got you covered. You can either return your order to us hassle free for a full refund, or we'll offer to exchange it. The choice is yours.

We endeavour to make our products with the utmost quality and care, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or has been damaged in transit we'll offer to send you a replacement free of charge.

If you've been using it a while and it breaks when it shouldn't, we'll replace that too :)

Just reach our to our customer support team and they'll make it right.

Green Returns

We’re proud to offer Green Returns, which helps reduce our environmental footprint (and saves you a trip to the post office, too).

We'll only ask you to return a product when it's strictly necessary. For example, if we've sent you the wrong product by mistake we allow you to keep the product (or pass it on to someone who might enjoy it more). Simple, right?
